i saw on the bunch of previews that u can play tcm and fifa together.... does that mean i have to have tcm too?? or 2004 will have tcm features??

if we do need tcm 2004 then i am screwed..... i dunno where the hell i have to go to buy that damn tcm2004 in united states...

No, it means, that you can transfer the changes you make to the database on TCM to fifa 2k4, but you can play either one without having the other game

no, you dont have to have both games, u can edit fifa with the CC.
But there will be some things that u can do on tcm, that u can transfer to fifa... dont know what things, i have never played or bought tcm

maybe we can export leagues from tcm if they are not in the fifa this can be a big Feature

I played TCM 2003
and I think the most important thing that u may transfer to fifa
is ur favorite team as u imporve your players in the tcm and then send them upgraded to the fifa
so u can have ur dream team
