Superstars not willing to go to lower clubs to help them become a top club. Plus the lower clubs selling their star players/prized assets is causing the "balance of power" in football to remain the same for years and years and as its going wont change any time soon and because of that only 2-3 teams are challenging and/or winning the league every year.

Also Kaka never sat down with the city people for them to show him their plan for the team and other thing's only his "greedy" dad who all he cared about is the money. city had plans to basically turn Kaka into a world ambassador. for football and so much more than just turning Man City into a super club. I gaurantee you if Kaka himself sat down with city officials for the city officials to talk directly to him about their plans for the club and other plans (like teh football world ambassador thing) Kaka would probably would've made the switch but he takes all his advice from his dad and that's what ultamtely made the deal break down cause all his dad cared about is the money.

but whatever. i know now that a superstar wont join a lower club even if their the mega far richest club in world and willing to smash world xfer fee to get them and create a superstar team and still wont move. If a team willing to spend 100m+ on 1 player and is ready and willing to spend alot of money to bring alot of superstars to their team to make a superstar team and actually managed to get the club with superstars on them to be willing to sell wont go then NOTHING will make a superstar go to a lower club. and thus the balance of power in football wont change for many many years to come.
