I am trying to find a way to fix the distortion in the kit when the players move their legs (I think you know what I mean) and I am quite close to do it, I think you should think about it, may be you find a way to to implement it.

Maybe if possible, we just take (import) m200.o and similar 3D model from PS3 and export to FIFA09 PC version.
Just now I did check Euro 08 and FIFA09. It looks like FIFA09 have double poligon and the position of hands and legs different. Just look at FIFA08 face graphics and compare to FIFA09 face graphics. They different. I looked at both m200.o models using Oedit.
So, if someone with PS3 can 'donate' just one .0 file, i.e m200.o, I can try or experiment, or maybe ACAPs can do that too.
Probably because, in original m200.o (and acap's untuck patch) only have one. In Euro 08 version, m200.o has three. Again, may be, in theory (i don't have PS3), by having m200.o with workable models, maybe we can figure out how to do it. We may need fifa.db (PS3 version) to understand how it works. Just a suggestion tough
