Accomplishment list on the PC

Not sure if it's been done already, but I searched and searched and couldn't find it. I see Accomplishment list for XBox but they're not the same as for the PC, so I wrote this on Wikipedia (hopefully it'll stay on.)
I have not yet written all Secret Accomplishments, so hopefully some of you guys have them and help edit them on there, that way it'll be a complete list.
