Scarves work properly on FIFA 16, but not for all teams. It's a kind of a country related issue, like waving flags

Waving Flags dont work by english Teams.
Scarfs dont work by almost all Teams in Fifa16.

if team is scarf activate in fifa16, you must extract the original rx3 flag Team and not crash
example paris is activate in fifa 16
extrac rx3 flags original id 73
and import png scarf and is good now no crach!

By german 1.Bundesliga works only Bor. Dortmund and Bor.Mönchengladbach. 2 teams from 18.
Its interesting which rest Fifa16 teams works with scarfs and why does'nt work the mostly other Teams.

yes to just paris France and Marseille, we looked on fifaplanet solution but we find no
andy had said that this can be active following the chant of supporters and I believe he is right
