Adboard problem ......please anyone help

can any one help mne please

i have changed adboard in the game by creation master

and after save it . i played the game but the adboard doesnt appear in the game and only appeared the orginal adboard

please i want to know how i can install new adboard in my game

For friendlies , change adboard 'no.1' to a new one.. You can see it ingame....
