The best way to do it is by editing the socks texture and add it. All my attempts were partly successful, not entirely satisfactory

but in this case all players of the team has this cutted socks. and i wanted only some of them. and you have to do it for each kit using that's a lot of work

Its easy to create them but looks like we can only use on EA stadiums, default 16.

Animated adboards can be used in every stadium. Of course the stadium model must include them (that's why I put them in every of my stadiums) and in the database animated adboards must be selected.

Yeah that's possible but I think Kotiara is using it too? I'm not sure about it but it's easy to implement.

Yeah it's visible. Look at the adboard part and if it's only one or two files then it's not animated. Animated adboards are many files because every adboard is a single adboard.
