here you find the fantastic easy tool rx3-master by rinaldo, a rx3-container for working and a list with fifa13-ids:
important for installing:

for using team-adboards you need to install the scouser09's fantastic revolution-mod first and please read the manual-pdfs from him for futher understanding!
after that you need to regenerate by using iard68's great regenerator!
now you can build containers with adboards...
open rx3-container with the rx3-master, then import the adboard-png you like, save it, wait a moment while saving and then close the tool.
now the rx3-container contains the adboard-png but you have to write an assignment in the stadium.lua... name the container "adboard_101_0.rx3" for example, lets imagine the adboard-png in the container is for the russian national-team.
now look in the id-list and you will find the team-id of russia is 1357. so you have to set the order "assignTeamAdboard(1357,101)" in the stadium.lua... you can also write "assignTeamAdboard(1357,3002) --Russia" (that's my way to have the overview with all the assignments).
just save the stadium.lua and then regenerate again for "saving" your new adboard-container!
it's too easy, if you have done these steps once or twice you know the way to work with rx3-containers.

A Question. Can you give me the Template of the first Adboard. I search for it such a long Time.
