I decided to make all the ad-boards for the Npower League 1. I started making them for Fifa 12 but cheironHH convinced me to release them for Fifa 13 and he gently gave me his templates so halve the credits go to him.
5 teams are finished so far but I won't release them yet I want to release them into one pack but here is a little preview of how it's going to look like.

I will release the rx3 files when it is ready as well as the lines for your stadium.lua file. And when I don't know cause some files are custom made and it takes up a lot of time.

I am finally done it was a lot of searching and custom making but it was fun to do so I might do the Championship as well. All I can say don't be to hard on me if you don't like the quality this is the first time that I am doing this but I do hope you enjoy them as it makes the game more realistic.

The stadium assignments are in the rar file itself, don't forget to put the rx files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 13\Game\data\sceneassets\adboard
