This patch will add waving crowd flags in addition to the
stadium banners in FIFA 2004, just like it was in
previous FIFAs.


{the image that was uploded by the updater is pretty poor

hmmm... people REALLY missed the point here...:)

"Stadium Banners" is what we call today flags,
those who are attached to the fence at the stad.

you don't need any previous patch for it...

This patch will add crowd waving flags,
just like in fifa 2003, 2002 etc.
