adding diff face in manager

That's easy -
Tools: Fshtool, Image editor of choice (eg. Photoshop), BigGui
Use BigGui to navigate to ...Fifa 06\data\gui\assets\staff and you will see various *.big files in there. Those beginning with m are managers. Open one with BigGui and look around in there or the fsh file, and extract it to a folder of your choice.open the fsh file with fshtool and you will have three files - one bitmap with the managers face, an alpha file and the index.fsh file. replace the managers face with one of your choice, make an alpha image to match and rebuild the fsh file. Import your new face back to the big file using BigGui and rebuild your big file. Start up your game and you're good to go.
If these steps look a little tough, you can use the "search" button and look for "Manager Importer", as I think there is a tool out that does this for you.
