Adding goalie and 3rd Kits

Hi everyone!
I'm trying to add some goalie and 3rd Kits to some teams in FIFA.
Usually it works fine (added a proper line in the TEAMKITS table with the DBMaster tool), but when I try to add a goalie kit to a team that owns a 3rd Kit in the TEAMKITS table, FIFA crashes when it starts to load the match.
What's wrong with that?

which dbmaster u using? and try regenerating files also

I'm using the latest version of FileMaster09 to import the kits and DBMaster09 to edit the TEAMKITS table.
I usually rebuild .FAT every file I insert in the ZDATA.

Are you exporting the file and then editing it in excel first?

Have you had any success in adding a 3rd kit to a team that does not have one. I have added an extra line in fifa.db teamkits but it is not showing up.

I gather that:-

0 - home kit
1 - away kit
2 - goalie kit
3 - 3rd strip

It is not locked in the fan shop either.

as I recall (I'm a rusty, haven't done any modding since vista rendered me unable to use o-edit, also i never bought 08) i believe you have to add a database entry to the fanshop listing, then you do have to unlock it in the fanshop (as you already thought of).
i think that's how it works...i could be totally wrong but, yeah. try to find the fanshop data in the db.

To add a 3rd kit not in the game after you have created the entry in teamkits:

After you add the kit to the rewards, you need to create a j3_xxxxx.big file under program files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 09\data\gui\assets\kits to store the mini kit. I've done it without issue for a team that I created. I can generate a big file for you if needed - just give me the mini and the team id.
