Adding voices to EURO2004 demo ;)

Just copy this files from FIFA 2004 folder... "data\locale":

pbp_spa.evt
dat_spa.big
hdr_spa.big

(spa in spanish version, eng for english one, etc)

...to "data\locale" folder in EURO 2004

and run it

It's much better with commentators, but they can't tell the right thing, I played France against Portugal, and John Matson said this: Bayer Leverkusen is domminating this match

But it's much better anyway with them, because there something missing I feel without commentators. And it's just a demo.

Thanks winsms for telling this, I didn't knew this was possible.
