Adding Wristbands To Players?

hi, Im new to FIFA. Bought it this year after many years playing PES.

One thing Id like to know is how do I put the wristbands of the players in this way, like in this pic,





Because when I go to Costumise Fifa and edit player I can only make this kind of wristband





And also, Im new and cant seem to find how to you change the settings of the body of a player, for example, making his head bigger, or his leg muslcles bigger, his neck, etc...

I tried searching but could not find anything.

Body type can be changed but that's it: open DBM 12 / players table / bodytypecode. As for the wristbands, they look pretty much the same bro, not sure why you would spend time worrying about something like that.

EDIT: Just realized the top pic is probably wrist tape. I'll check for the codes in FIFA 12.

Any links to download those programs/applications ? Searched in Google but its so confusing with Beta 1, Beta 2, and so on. Id appreciate it alot if you could send links to those programs.
