If you are a begginer, your faces looks ok, because for start you have to learn how to make better and better textures work more on collors and try to look on some tutorials, to learn some tricks

I think, you should gain your experience in facemaking by creating faces for less famous players whose faces haven't been made by EA and by well known facemakers, because they already have good textures and models and don't need update.
