Hi Guys,

Im new to Fifa on PC but been playing on the playstation since 96, anyone suggest any patches i may need ?

Ive already downloaded the "sweet patch" , any others i need ?

Also, any good on-line gaming sites or places, Im connected through homechoice and have a problem playing online through the zone.com site, links2001 in particular,think its the firewall or something. Hopefully ill be able to play .

Well, I'm not going to tell you what patches you should get, because I might start a new war. Go to the download center and try a couple kits and a gameplay patch at least.

well i suggest either getting the 3GK essential files and the fix from Soccer Access(www.socceraccess.com), this allows u to get kits thats textures are larger and have more detail, have seperate left and right sleeves, and a goalkeeper kit.
Or u can get 32 bit kits, which i think www.soccered.com host.
These kits use more colours, but standard EA size, but alot of the good kit makers use them because of the extra colours. I prefer 3GK kits myself(mainly because of the goalie thing, although the detail can be much better- but u really only notice in replays unless u play in tele view)
Ive created Leeds Home and Away 3GK kits, liverpool 3GK home kits, Fulham 3GK home kits, and Chelsea 3gK home kits.
and have also edited Ariels Man Utd Home and Away kits that come with 3GK essential files because he made his orange.

Im new with this too, but I know there is a lot of things to do with the PC version and all depens on what you want to do, in the tutorial and download areas you can find:

- A lot of cuztumized kits for your favorite teams
- New Leagues and tournaments
- Stadiums, Balls, Flags, Faces
- And a lot of things more

Research a little bit and you'll find all that, and of course wait for the FEd2002 release, it is in my opinion the best FIFA games editor, you'll see.
