When I started out my game with Espinho, I brought in a young Portuguese striker called Alex, he was about 15, had some good potential, played 30 games and scored 18 in the league, of course after I got promoted he played less of a part as I gained more cash, but he still showed me that young potential players are much better than old players who have some ability.

Completly disagree with you, 30+ers are often cheap, but they still have good stats and are immediatly ready for 1st team football

Yeah but their stamina is a lot lower, and they get down to 70% in matches come around half-time, and in a few years time they're useless and retired.

Stamina isn't low when they're 30 Mostly stamina drops when they are 34-ish, but if you buy a 30 year old, he's still usefull 4 years. And there are some players who stay in good shape very long, Tsigalko's stats started dropping when he was 36 for me...

Older players bring experience to the team. A team full of -20 y.o people tend to make stupid mistakes. A good 30-year old DMC (like Sunday Oliseh) steadies the ship.

Well I don't mean fill the club with 20 year olds of course, but for attacking roles 1 or 2 wouldn't hurt, since they bring a lot of speed to the team, IMO.

Well.. I did fill Valencia with 20yr olds and the team is winning everything after 2-3 years waiting for them to get better. (I became manager of Valencia in 2012, they were just promoted to div1 and their team was crap without money to spend )

i done that with Dagenham n redbridge...all youth players...in the 2015 season...damn i played it for 16 years...omg...thats like a reckord for me for 0304
