Rumours say that he might go on loan this season or the next one. He still is the future concerning the striker position for both Ajax and Oranje IMO.

It's official! de Jong leaves for 1 million byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Nigel thanks for the good times and have fun with HSV
Ridiculous to demand more money when you can play for the Spurs, arrogant bastard like his little friend Pienaar. I hope he takes him with him to Germany :boohoo:
Ajax will make a bid on Julian Jenner this week I heard, good player I like :hump:

Well I remember the day when he used to celebrate the title in a shirt with the Mokum flag on it. It seems like he all cheated on us, our so called "real" Amsterdammer. :nape:

HSV? I mean, really?

Haha, whatever man. We just got 1 million euros + half a year of salary money that we just saved.

The Von Trapps
Manchester United have been confirmed as participants in next summer's Amsterdam tournament.

The Old Trafford giants were strongly tipped to take part in the LG-sponsored event and Ajax have now confirmed an agreement has been found.

The Red Devils, who won the competition on their last visit, will compete against Ajax and two other teams who have yet to be announced.

"We are delighted to be invited back," United boss Sir Alex Ferguson told Ajax's website.

"It is the most prestigious pre-season tournament in Europe and is always one of great quality.

"The ArenA is fantastic and everyone is really looking forward to it."

Ajax coach Danny Blind added: "Ajax has a relatively young team. Playing against a more experienced team like Manchester United should be very useful for us.

"Next to that, this is a great match to be in for the players and, for our fans, hopefully an even better match to watch."

The tournament is due to start on August 4.

on an aside, this release from Sky ...

and the factual blunder has been bolded ... won the competition? they wish! got gunned down by Ajax, thanks to a delightful winner from Zlatan, Son of God ...

that tournament will be remembered for the Ajax-Barca "final" though ... despite being a friendly, it was an unforgettable game ...

Richard scoring the winner with a free kick, after coming back from 2 or 3-0, yes I surely still remember that. :)

Well as I said before earlier it would be nice to see Kanu coming back or anyone from the mid 90's succes story, although he's still quite young at an age of 29, but oh well at least it's indeed nice to hear he still loves us. :)

Hahahahahahahahaha good observation Xifio :p
He looks kind a stupid in that kit but then again there is no kit like the red/white kit eh ;) Believe me if he's not having 2nd thoughts already he will have in the future (idiot). Ah well we don't need him anyways..

Oh man I've just returned from the Stadium and we lost with 1-4 against Utrecht :kader: :boohoo: :nape:
What a disaster!! Juanfran was terrible today and so was the whole defense btw, all the goals were mistakes in the defense :(
Juanfran and Heitinga both are suspended for the game against 010 next week but Gryga will be back and so is Sneijder who we missed a lot today.
Huntelaar on the 10 position wasn't one of his brighter ideas (Blind) cause I hardly saw him on the ball. Only positive thing is that they played well most of the game and the attacking was not bad either and.....Rosenberg scored again!! even if it was the only one.
Thursday Heerenveen for the Gatorade Cup away and on Sunday against 010.
Positive thing is that Ajax always plays well against F****d cause it's a prestige game as well.
But for now I'm sick to my stumach because of the loss today :f***: I'm having a hard time dealing with it ..I only hope they will get their noses in front for the coming week cause it's going to be a hard one that's for damn sure!

Let me just say this:

and:

Zakdoekje leggen,
niemand zeggen,
kukelekuu zei onze haan,
twee paar schoenen heb ik aangedaan
één van stof en een van leer,
hier leg ik mijn zakdoekje neer.

Zakdoekje leggen,
niemand zeggen,
'k heb de hele nacht gewaakt
twee paar schoenen heb ik afgemaakt
één van stof en een van leer,
hier leg ik mijn zakdoekje neer.

Ajax has a similar problem like Arsenal, no leader on the pitch or a tough player who comes in with a hard tackle when needed, whom can keep his teammates spirits high during a game. And the most important thing Ajax is missing is the drive, 2day's game was a fun to watch, but most of the games this season has been boring

Ajax and AZ are negotiating over Kenneth Perez, it is almost certain that he will move to Ajax in the summer. Other news in the tv show Cafe de Sport here in holland they said that AC Milan offered 6mln euro for Babel
