I rate Ghana, with the strong midfield to at least make it to the semis.
They just need a potent striker but we should do well at home.

Ivory Coast Ghana and Nigeria probably the strongest. can't wait to see how Mali and Senegal do tho.

El Diablo Rojo

Starting XI
Group D is indeedly the group of death.

I'm looking forward the Nigeria vs. Ivory Coast clash.(Y)
And i'm wondering if the coming world cup host, South Africa, will show anything this time, because in my opinion as of lately they were nowhere amazing. I think Morocco and Tunisia will play well again.
Hopefully TyC Sports will show some matches of this again like they did in 2006.

okay my bad for missing like an entire half a year, i been away in germany with my club and in south africa also with the team and national team concerns. im back so anyways

rundown group of death is not group D but group B Nigeria,Ivory Coast,Mali, and Benin. why? because Nigeria and Ivory Coast speak for themselves, Mali has always been that team that just needs that one player or one piece to completea team that can be greater then nigeria or ivory coast, very powerful with diallo and kanoute and Keita,Diarra and Sissoko make it a very powerful team. and Benin just dosent back down especially after thrashing togo 4-1. group of death is this group.

group A Ghana is most likely to advance with Guinea. Morocco lost to ghana and guinea both in dieing minutes and it hasnt bene pretty ever since. Ghana great team with Owusu and Gyan and maybe the 17 year old InterMilan phenom Barwuah.

Guinea have been climbing up and improving beating LAgeria with their class striker Fode Mansare. so they're scary

Morocco i dont know they can play great in times or horrible. with Assiati now pledging to morocco he will be in the squad to ghana and let see if he can make a difference.

Namibia well good luck.

Group C hard group

Egypt, this will not be your year. sorry but the attack isnt there commitment and the players to take on these teams arent either and they've never performed good in west africa anyways.

Sudan have the best chance to make it after they year they've had i have them over egypt and zambia as Sudan has been amazing Al Hilal of sudan beat Al Ahly 3-0 which shows how good they're players are.

Cameroon is a given Eto and Meyong just say enough for them to progress.

Zambia hard to decide if they'll go i mean good outing against South Africa in a 3-1 win but only one player is doing the load and thats Kalenga. need more players to make a difference like Mbuesma.

Group D second hardest group

Angola is not gonna make it past the second round sorry, if you've seen them play recently then you would know that they're 1-1 tie in Eritrea and 2-1 loss in Kenya back to back dosent cut it. they play good at home but away they're just atrocious, its like watching an El Salvadorian league game just horrible. and guess what its away so expect them to leave early.

South Africa no doubt they'll leave but they're gonna put up a fight now with Benni back on the team anything is possible.

Tunisia have been also iffy they lost Sudan 3-2! and lost to them again 2-1! if they cant beat sudan who was they're hardest team in they're Qualifying group then you have problems

they're group was Seychelles and Mauritius (gotta be kidding me) and Sudan(hardest team and yet fail to beat them twice) sorry but i have Bafana Bafana before you in second

then you have Sengal which no doubt in my mind will be number 1 even without Diouf because they have depth in the striker role

Henri Camara, Diomansy Kamara, Mamedou Niang, Boubucar Gueye,Solemayne Camara, and Rahmane Barry. they have endless.

so basically im sayin is that IVORY COAST WILL BE YOUR 2008 AFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS CHAMPS! enjoy ;)
