Aging Players - help needed

can players aging be turned off? I know it's not realistic that way, but players would still improve and things. and i like having the current worlds best, stay best.

thats a shame, they allowed you too in the CM series. shame they took it out, because i'm in 2011 in my game now, and all the best players are retiring. i think a hack/mod is in order

I dont see why, some of the fun in going up to 2011 is discovering some nice players, and just the satisfaction that comes when you "discover" some Thierry Henry or other.

Immortal players? A strange concept I have to say. A can forsee a horrible 'Interview with the vampire' type scenario five hundred years from now with Beckham boring the crap out of some journalist by telling him which earings were fashionable in each of the previous centries.

the game gets boring when you have a team full of nobodies. even if they are superstars in the future

i agree smokester, hence why i play my matches on medium pace, only watch text commentary and select about 10 leagues so it slows down a lot. Hence ive never got past 2012 on any CM/FM game.

i actually prefer playing in the latter years, it makes a new challenge of finding players that you have no idea who they are or how they are going to turn out, even more than just picking a lower down team or a random league.

the only thing i find interesting in FM/CM nowdays is while im in the proccess of making a good team. When i have the team set at best i can make it till i win the championship, after taht its xtremely boring and i need to leave for a crappy team once again
