I'm trying to load a network game but I don't know how, the guide doesn't help!

I go to Netwrok game then I go to the menu and click load game then load up the game resumed game online, but i can't play as the same team.
Help!

On the list of managers one of them should be you. Click on not connected and then confirm that you want to regain cntrol of the team. Voila.
