aicpu.big--individual player AI?

Hey,

sorry if this has already been talked about, but--

I was looking around in the aicpu.big file and I noticed that Beckham and Giggs have some of their own AI settings (As does Man U, in general)...

Does anyone think it is possible to give other players their own AI settings?

If you could do this---WOW. You could make players behave much more like they do in real life.

i think you can, though im not 100% certain. i tried it for kanu, adjusting his through pass and dribble percent and when i played against arsenal, i noticed he passed a lot and moved around with the ball, though for he was playing in the place of viera. so im not sure. anyway, i just put the settings in the soccer.ini file.

Yep, it's true, Becks, giggs mand man-u all have A.I settings for them.

I think you MIGHT be able to set them for individual players' and if you can, someone should make an update for all star players' and eventually every player lol, could be different in their own way, lol!!!

well thats something Ive been trying to figure out for my greatest

update but cant access the damn ai cpu file .....

I'm not at home now, so I can't test it but can someone confirm that you can just drop these settings into soccer.ini, or do they have to go into the aicpu file? Also, do they have to go in in any particular order?

Ai Yi Yi, so many questions...This could be so great it is making my head spin*. Or it could be nothing.

* One of my big gripes about FIFA is that with skills only going from 1-10, there isn’t much differentiation between players. i.e., is Darius Vassell REALLY as fast as Michael Owen? (As a Villa fan, I hope so, but it’s probably not the case.)

I have played Fifa since it first came out for the Sega Genesis, but last year I went over to Winning Eleven. This year, the game play is good enough to bring me back (the relative ease of editing compared to consoles is also a big part), but man--if FIFA used WE's attribute system I would be so happy. Better yet, Champ Manager's--but, that's not going to happen, so...

...if we can customize players tendencies with the aicpu file, it might go along way towards making the players behave like real life.
