Yea I really hope that Fiffa 2004 is going to fix the fact that scoring is more commonly then not along the ground. I can't say I have ever scored a goal with a volley or sadly even a header.

I'd be interested if anyone else has scored goals from a header or a volley...... and if u did....well S**T how'd u do it????

I score with a header all the time. I've probably scored jsut as many volleys... dude you need to get with it, this isnt hard to do.

Header: On the outside with a mid or something have ur forward make a run in the box and if he gets open, cross the ball in, hit shoot and bam, header or volley close to the net.

Volley: Off a corner, put it to they guy in the center of the box, but keep it out of hte keeper's reach. Then mash lob a few times and he usually scissor kicks into the back of the net.

That's how the sh*t you do it.

There definately needs to be more variation in Fifa04 when it comes to scoring goals.. the through ball is all well but it becomes to repetitive.. and besides.. nothing like scoring a 30-yard screamer or a sweet volley

I also have no difficulty scoring from crosses .. but only managed 1 volley to be honest ... :/ ,, what mod do you run on it ? Cause I run the game plain ... no changes except gfx artwork ... and I never get to make scissors at all .
