Hello all,

I'm sure most of you know this, but for those of you who don't this may help. I think the game is very great, the only thing that I didnt like was the game speed. So I went into the al.ini folder with ea graph and edited the speed of the game. I set the speed to 100% this has made the game flow much better.

Before the players seemed to be playing in mud, now they move.

the FIFA game speed is ok for me

Where is that folder? I only have the Data\cmn plus \be and \fe plus other unrelated stuff, but no ai.ini?

the ai.ini file is in the ini.big file


use ea graph to open the ini.big file and you will see the ai.ini with is the AL of the game. then export that file and open in word pad. change the game speed. save the file.

then go back too ea graph and replace the ai.ini with the file you changed the speen on

i used to download it but affter reinstall windows its gone and i dont know what website to download that program again.

There is also a file in the main fifa 2004 folder called " locale "

There is an option for game speed in there and also render quality.

here is how i set it up

RENDER_QUALITY =2

[OPTIONS]
GAME_SPEED = 2

the game runs great and looks amazing now.

For PS2 the same thing it is very slow compared to FIFA 2002. I need more speed.

In FIFA 2003 we have this soccer.ini file where we can change the quality of the graphics. Where do I change that now?
Is that the RENDER_QUALITY line you mentioned?
