the quote is pretty lame.... im sure hes said something more worthwhile over all these years.

but yeah... its a nice effect. Reminds me of shinjiss stuff though i must say.

I didn't base it on a tutorial, just using some brushes. Although I did remember a tape tutorial from a while back.
