What a way to start the WC qualifies. Beating the arrogance of a non deserving european champion team. 2 goals in 11 minutes (2 minute Murati, 11 minute Canaj).
Historically greece has been our archrival and somehow we always beat am in our home Tirana ALB. The city i heard was on FIRE all day and night long. Its not simply a soccer match it goes way beyond that. Its common hate . Greece has lands that are ours and they treat our refugies like animals. This is a victory for tha ages.:)

With Italy is a lil different. Italy has no Albanian lands under their flag. Plus Albanians have trouble whenever they go not only at yours. Plus with Italy we have almost never played, even we might someday we know theyre a powerhouse and will never ever allow us to win. With the Greeks is our pride and ego who makes us lions.
They also have their olimpic medalist competing for their country. They had to change their names as well

I'm not looking to start a fight or anything, but please don't say we are undeserving champions. That is a very unfair thing to say. And as for the arrogance thing? You guys beat us and already you think of yourselves as the kings of football.

actually if you cared to read my previous posts you would have noticed my OPPOSING view to what happened in Zakynthos.

Oh and don't play the victim here buddy your compatriots almost killed a bus full of Greek fans heading to the see the game. Was that fair play?

As far as football is concerned......yeah if you come to Athens be prepared to lose.

As far as the "savages" comment, I overlook it. This is not the time nor place to unravel the long history of killing and oppression by both Albanians toward Greeks and vice versa, this is a football forum.......sooooooo

In Athens don't think your team will be so lucky. Just like we can't beat you on Albanian soil. You can't beat us on Greek soil.

Good luck to your team the rest of the way you'll need it with the showing it had from the 15th to 90th minute......if luck was on our side one of the chances we had would have went in and now we would not be having this conversation.
