About Engand and Ireland GK design. I looked for some photos from this time and I think it's accurate only what you need it's update end of long sleeves (White lines comes to end and you've got stripe beetween this two white lines)
Italy, honestly, I still don't know why they don't have produce logo on chest, actually when puma sign with FIGC produce logo back on chest.
Cameroon sleeveless jerseys banned by fifa.
Poland, masterpiece work
Others kits also amazing.

BTW, this kits showed that England need back to Umbro and Denmark to Humme (even that I actually likes their adidas kits).

World Cup 2002: Korea & Japan Complete Kits Pack

the pack contains home, away and gk kits (with .rx3 and png files)
and alternate combinations of shorts for almost every team

the pack also includes .txt with correct fonts and numbers configuration (it needs the classic patch by gigiriva for some numbers)
and a .txt with correct collar configuration for every team inside each folder
