On Evo-web links for PS2 and PC version, if anyone is interested. Just posted this after seeing the thread asking if there was any patches with english lower league and someone said no.

I think you need to register first. Its a good patch though the main menu theme on the PC version is unbearable, dont know if its meant to be like that. I swapped it with the 'beautiful day' from wolfs patch and also the menu icons are standard so I swapped them with the ones on the menu icons thread, the nice round ones.
Its cracking being able to play as yeovil, my local team!
if you have both WE and PES you can have wolf on one and this on another, its a dream come true!

p.s there is also a fix on page 3 of the thread for some of the things forgotton on the main 10 part d/l

Readme says 'Black Grape - England's lrie' but i dont think its meant to sound like it does, unless of course there is a problem with mine. ive changed it anyway. Rest of the updated music is fine

hi all -- just downloaded/installed everything.. but game wouldn't start! (crashes and goes back to Windows when i try to run the game..)

Got a load of distortion and can just about make a voice out in the background like when the old walkmans use to run out of battery and the voice slows rrrrriiiiigggghhhhttt ddddddddoooowwwwwn.

I have made some new menu icons for the patch as i wanted to improve on the standard ones. I have also reduced the blue in the menu background. if anybody wants them let me know.

Absolute class patch. well done now I can play as my beloved Ipswich. Good work on all the teams just a prob with the second sound file. Thanks for the magnificent hard work guys!!!!

d2 and d3 team names are wrong, grr. even when i use the option file that comes with patch. anyone else getting this problem?

I opened optiion file up with editpes4optionfile and then saved it, but now i cant play with any of the all star teams, coz when i go into formation settings there are no players there :s

Try it, everything I imported from PES4 worked in WE8I.

Even the option files work, everything is the same, all thats changed are some menu graphics and gameplay.

I've tried it and it seem to work ok except for there is no music and the team and stadium names are back to the default names .

Aint sure how to fix this, perhaps the music is just coded differently to PES4.

For the option file you need to use this: http://perso.numericable.fr/~ryannick/

Load up the PES4 option file and click Save To and overwrite the WE8I option file and it will work.

that doesnt work when i start the game i get text up asking if I wish to save my option file it doesnt make any difference if i save it or not its still the wrong names and the players have the wrong numbers and are in the wrong position,
