Plt files are the palettes for we Picture Decoder, and you should replace the colour that you want (fe. less used)
Also you can insert the palettes with the bmp file with We Graphic Studio.

here's my last experiment on combined boots....the hardest i think...the result is not good as the 2 others,but....here it is....i mixed Total90 II and new AZT90 III....useful for transition time...until all players leave the T90II for the new version.....known (and impossible to solve i think) bugs or imperfections:
- removed nike thick on the inside of T90 II (to make space for the "90"....)
- leave the sole unedited (it's T90 II based)....sorry no idea how to mix the 2 models there

i got my boot pack fully working bar one thing. the editables boots i can only edit 3 options. ie total 90 III (what ever there called) i can change the 90 part to a diff colour to the base :( here are the editables. will post screeny's of the boots later. ps i dunno y there so dark but they look ok in game

you mean the new puma model editable made by Fighting11?
really don't know...i just modified my models from base made by others,manually working on the bmp,i have no idea how to make a boot starting from zero....:( :) ....we'll wait for their release...

anyway here is the last work on total90...i will not use them,since i still prefer AZT90 III fixed model....but it's your choice........bye!!

ps.rename the jpg in bmp
