MILAN - Inter has won 2005-06 Italian League by automatically awarded. The F.I.G.C. confirmed the victory, after having received the decision of the special committee formed to reassigned the title previously awarded to Juventus.

Deservedly? Perhaps. But this just isn't the same as winning it outright. Nice to claim it off Juve though. But what do you guys think? Should Inter really be crowned or should the FIGC declared the season as null and void of having a winner? Or even worse, should Juve retain their title since there's apparently no "evidence" pertaining to them cheating for the season?

I don't agree with the title being given to anyone. If the winner didn't win fair and square, then you nullify the title as well, so no one gets it.

However, seeing as Inter were the only big team that didn't cheat, I don't mind them getting it. At least they are a fair team, and this is the biggest fair play award in history.

They are so fair they designed and presented their new 2006-07 shirts with the Coppa Italia badge on the sleeve, leaving room for the Scudetto on the chest, three weeks before the calciopoli verdicts (let alone the appeals)

They were already sure they were going to get it because Guido Rossi, a former member of Inter Milan's board in the nineties, got appointed as head of the FIGC and he steered the tribunal and it's verdicts to prevent Juventus from retaining it and AC Milan from staying second so his "fair" team could get it.

Oh no, I'm not the only one talking about it, the Milan forums are all over it. And now I read Mr. Moggi will open Inter's book of sins soon I can't wait.

If you don't look at season 04-05 and just look at what happened in 05-06 it's clear that Juve are deserved winners of that scudetto. Everybody knows it was won fair and square. The problem is that to bring us down one division they had to take out points in this years legit championship. It's stupid, they could just put a * next our name and still let us stay in 1st place and demoted us to second division because of what happened in 04-05.

Because of all this they should of let this one nul and void and give the 04-05 scudetto to another team.

I must remind that the corrupt Italian system still as 2 other grades to make an appeal so it's not over yet. We want to be in the same party as Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina. I said it a million times, they should consider only the 1st verdict so everybody would have paid. Now it looks like only one did. Because of that stupid or whatever you wanna call it they might bring us up in A too so don't come here and say Juve bought the judges because so far it hasen't looked like it. The Italian justice system is like that and should be changed but until then we should profit from it.

True. I mean Inter were not guilty like the other 4 clubs but it somehow is hard to accept. Maybe that needs to be looked into a bit more in regards to awarding the winner.
