All stads unlocked

I have read a few threads where people wish for all the stads to be unlocked so i was surprised to find a patch at fifa korea that does exactly that.

You can dl it there all you have to do is unzip it to the user file.

extract them to your user folder.

my documents\fifa 2003\user

Well it must surely work if you put saved files in my documents/fifa 2003/data/user.

Hmm, I´m put it into the correct Folder, maybe it´s for English Version only? I have the German Version?
I start downloading again and try again

the user folder is in my documents and not the fifa directory (at least it is in windows XP anyway)
