All Star teams (Superstars XI)

There may be a bug in PES3 PC and WE7I PC, which makes it impossible to unlock the all-star teams. As far as i know, no proof of that exists, but also there is no disproof. It's a speculation, basically.

However, if you really want, you can now lock/unlock the all-stars at will:

as far I know all star teams are possible to win

Gain all the trophies + gain all the challenges d'entrainements and buy all this qu'il has there in the store pes. From there the equipes allstars will apparaitrons in the store "mode PES gallerie" and you will n'aurez more qu'a to buy them with your points pes... if you have the means of them! PS: 1 team allstars coute 5000 pts pes (thus for the end d'une season in LM, is necessary to have at least 5000 pts pes minimum in the double sack... if not no allstars team will n'apparaitra in the gallery).

it should work with PES3 1.0, 1.10.2, 1.30.1, and WE7I (US) and maybe WE7I Korean, although i'm not sure about the last one.

I have PES3 PC 1.0 (without konami patch) and WE7:I PC
what's weird either, in PES they are called World and Euro Allstars and in WE7:I World/Euro Superstars XI
screenshots I posted above were from PES3, screenshots below are from WE7:I

Try checking your AFS file, and see if it shows correct player names and attributes.

(Kmochida's tool should be able to show the all star teams)

player names/attributes/appearances and teams are stored in exe file and in option file, not in afs file
WEditor shows me bad in both cases...

aha. so that's why.

I think, you are maybe a "victim" of some patch that you installed earlier, which messed up your all star teams. Does this sound like a possibility?
