Well...I just want to post up all the different FIFA sites that I know, which has downloads one way or the other:

Belgium & Holland

FIFA Benelux - a lot of downloads about everything Belgian and Dutch.
http://members.lycos.nl/FerdyKorp/site.html - a personal website but nice, cool downloads
http://soccer.gamez.nl/ - currently down, but there was the Belgian League Patch there, among other things
FIFA Nederland - Nice site, now with new designs, good dutch downloads.
TUDU - Quite a good site with nice stadium downloads.

British

FIFA England - A lot of promise for the EPL FX patch, but nothing much yet. Quite disappointing, but I am sure this will probably be the best of the lot, when the patch comes out.
FIFA Player - It's closed down, but still available to get a download or two about something British.
FIFA 2002 Scottish Patch - A very interesting site. Although there's not much on there yet, the possibility of a Scottish patch is just too exciting for me, since I can't find that many stadiums for the SPL!

Irish

FIFA Ireland - The one and only Irish downloads site, but the only thing available at the moment is kits, and a few advertisement boards. However, there should be more coming soon.

Russian

Shifty Wolf's FIFA 2002 Page - A personal page....in Russian. Get your translators working, but seems to have quite a lot of downloads.
http://www.fifasoccer.ru/ - Russian site, the best IMO. All in Russian tho, quite a shame to the rest of the world.

Ukrainian

FIFA Ukraine - They are technically not Russian - but Ukrainian. Get your Ukrainian downloads here. There is also an English version I think.

Czech

FIFA CZ - Well, this site started off quite small, but this has definitely moved into one of my favourites, with kits, stadiums and everything Czech, as well as a lot of things not Czech. So it's check mate. (Nooooooo!);)

Estonian

http://fifa2002.km.ru/ - Well, this used to be the home of the Estonian patch. But the site's seem to have changed. Things change, I guess.

Hungarian

FIFA Hungary - Very good site, IMO. Downloads are plenty, and I am quite excited about the forthcoming Hungarian patch.

Polish

FIFA Polonia - I rarely visit this site, cos I don't understand Polish and I can't find an online translator for Polish -> English. I just have to guess most of the time. But there is quite a lot of downloads tho.
http://www.fifaclub.kadra.pl/ - Not working at the mo, but from what I remember, (a long time ago), it's quite a good site...but I might have been confused with FIFA Polonia. Check this one out yourself is my advice.

French

FIFA France - Great site. One of the best out there. It really got all your French needs, from the 1st Division to 2nd Division, and stadiums to sounds. It also have a lot of FIFA 2001 downloads as well, so you can get the 2001 stadiums/adboards/balls and use them for 2002.
FIFA French Touch - Ha ha. This is probably the most visited site by me, and definitely the most quoted one, as this is the home of FCDB XP - the roster (and other things) editor. It is also home to the forthcoming WC Patcher, as well as GK patcher. There is also an English version, but that is updated less often, so just use your brilliant French knowledge! (or not!)

German

Die 4D Kits Base - Well, I only found this site out, 2 days ago (on this forum actually, somebody posted it, can't remember who, but THANKS!), but has already turned into one of my favourites. It's got a huge database of kits, and I mean HUGE! Well, not HUUUUUGE, but huge.
eintrachtfans.de - 'Eh?' you might ask. Well, it's got a couple of Eintracht Frankfurt downloads, which was useful to me (not a Eintracht Frankfurt fan;) )
FIFA 4 Fans - Currently down, but will be back. This is one of the greatest site out there, with lots of FIFA FX stuff (mostly German, tho), but still excellent!
http://fifa2002.fifatainment.de/ - Down as well. But this is quite good, but I can never go to the Downloads section:confused: SQL problem. I love the 2001 stadiums section at http://fifa2001.fifatainment.de/downloads/stadien.shtml but maybe it won't come back. (I've got all the downloads tho, I think, so quite relieved)

Italian

FIFA Mania - Well, if you are into FIFA downloads, you should know this one off by heart. It's THE greatest site for stadiums! Get yourself there and start downloading!
FIFE SerieC - It is down at the moment...strange. But this is the only place out there for your Serie C stuff (I think). Well, it should satisfy you anyway, if you are looking for Serie C stuff.
FIFA 4 ever - Quite sound, numerous downloads. What can I say about this one? Hmm...if you're Italian or into Italian football, you got to have this one in your favourites as well.
FIFA Italia - A lot of Italian downloads. Both for FIFA 2002 and 2001. Very nice.
FIFAonline.it - Another Italian site, and very good too. (I am running out of things to say about the superb Italian sites!)
Footballmatch.it - Italian version given, but I think there's an English version. More Italian downloads, and another excellent site! (forgive for the lack of vocabulary, but they are excellent)

Latin America/South America/Central America/North America...well.... American!

FIFA Spot - The best site out there probably, it's got everything. A lot of stadiums, a lot of kits, a lot of everything (for whole world of football) and a lot of 'a lot'. This is a must to put into your favourites.
Fifamerica - Not much downloads, but could have something interesting.
FI***ame Argentina - Few downloads, but an Argentine site.
FIFA Chile - Your Chilean needs should be fulfilled with this site.
FIFA Concacaf - Very good site for CONCACAF stuff. Actually, more than very good, in fact very, very good.
FIFA Ecuador - Not much at the moment. Hope there will be more soon.FIFA Latino - As they claim that they are the best Portuguese FIFA site, I might have to agree. However, the downloads section seem to be down. But from what I can remember, it had a Portuguese patch, and something like 3 or 4 Portuguese stadiums.
FIFA Latinoamérica - Not to be confused with the one above. Not much available, but a site is a site. And it's part of the SoccerAccess Network.
FIFA México - Your Mexican stuff are all here. Quite a few FIFA FX stuff as well.
FIFA Uruguay - One of my favourites, and home to the Stadium Selector, which you can use to change stadium numbers (very useful). The number of downloads might not be large compared to some other sites, but it's quality that counts not quantity (or is it the other way round....you decide!). And it's got stuff which are non-Uruguayan as well.
FIFAXtreme - Well, I don't visit this site often. Can't think of anything outstanding, but there must be a reason why I put it in my favourites (maybe it's a FIFA site....must be) Well, go there and check it out yourself.
FIFA Mania Brasil - This must not be confused with the Italian site with the same name (I don't know why they have the same name, just to confuse us?) Well...as the name suggests, it's got Brazillian stuff!

http://fifa.asiagame.com/fifa2001/download/index.htm - Not very good at all, but still a site (for FIFA 2001). But the stuff can be used for FIFA 2002. Most of the stuff can be downloaded from other site, but I got a Chinese advertising board from here, if I remember correctly. (it's not very good tho)
FIFA Korea - One of the best, it has almost everything you want. And it definitely have more non-Korean things than Korean ones. It is a must for your favourites again. The only downside to this site is you have to register (for free) before you can download (I think)
FIFA Thailand - This has virtually nothing worth downloading except if you like Thai football, where the Thai patch (for FIFA 2001) might come handy. Otherwise, you can forget I mentioned this site.

Cypriot

FIFA Cyprus - FIFA gaming does stretch throughout the world. But this site is in Turkish, and if you don't understand Turkish, do what I do, click on random link and see what you might find.

Danish

FIFA DK - The only Scandinavian site out there that I can find(astonishing really). It has a Danish patch.

Egypt

FIFA Egypt - Currently down at the moment, due to bandwidth problems. But should be back. It has Egyptian patches, Egypt downloads, and anything Egyptian. It has stuff that are non-Egyptian as well.

Spanish

FIFA España - Spanish site, but IMO, there are more Spanish stuff on FIFAspot. However, this site has quite a few downloads.

Greek

FIFA.gr - Not much to download....but it's a Greek site afterall.

Oceania

FIFA Oceania - It hasn't got a lot of downloads, but it has a NSL patch for all the Australian football (soccer, if you insist) fans.

Turkish

FIFA Center - It has quite a lot of downloads, and quite a lot Turkish ones as well. It has an English version, which is very good. This is one of the best.

Israeli

FIFA Israel - Right, this is definitely one of the most frustrating site for me, cos it does have a lot of downloads, but it's all in Hebrew! And I can't really try every single link, because there are loads! But if you know Hebrew, this site should be excellent. And one of the most unique thing about this site, is the browser scrollbar is on the left instead of the usual right, probably because Hebrew read from right to left?

Others (I don't mean these are inferior, just not country/area specific) These actually contain some of the best

European Clubs Patch - Effectively, only has 2 downloads, but it's probably the best 2 in the whole world of FIFA. The 1st is the ECP patch for FIFA 2001, and the second is the ECP Patch 2 for FIFA 2002, which allows you to play Champions League football, with real teams, stadiums etc.
FIFA Express - Probably the best site for faces out there. Must put into favourites, if you are after virtual faces.
Soccered - This is one of the best, if not THE best site out there. But the only thing is why are most of the downloads also available at FIFAspot? Can we can all the downloads from it also from FIFAspot? But overall, this is an excellent site...all in English.
World Patches - Not much downloads, but it does have quite a few interesting ones.
FIFA Faces - This site hasn't been updated for 2 months or so, is it closed down? But it does have a lot of faces to download. If not best, definitely second for downloading faces.
Nickclubman's Gameplay Update - From what I figured, some like it, some don't. But that's with every single download...(except my roster patch):D :D :D This has a gameplay update that you might want to try it out for yourself.
FIFA Special - From what I remember from a few days ago, this site hasn't got much, but it has the potential to be a good site, as the number of downloads are definitely increasing.
footballplanet.tk - Quite decent site from what I've seen so far. A must site to keep an eye on, as it has the potential to be one of the best. There are quite a few downloads as well. But I cannot access it at the moment.....strange.
Jerseyland - Although hosted by soccered, it does need to be mentioned separately, as it has the potential to be the best kits site (or is it the best already). There are already a lot of kits for clubs and countries, (as well as referee!). And there are plans for a lot more....this is one of the best site in the FIFA community.
FEd 2002 - Well, this is not a download site as such, but it does have the 'Ultimate FIFA Editor' (as it is described). It allows you to edit rosters, which is very useful. Great utility, therefore making it a great site.
FIFA FX - Well, this is probably the best thing happened to FIFA (it is for me anyway, cos it brought interest into FIFA back into me, and brought me into the world of FIFA downloads and editing). FIFA FX is a great utility for customising every single team (and league). It allows individual stadiums, sounds, adboards etc for each team. There is also a World Cup patch available, which is excellent. FIFA FX patches are here, as you would expect, and there are also some excellent patches for WC2002. Overall, ace site.
Sweetpatch MRA - Although Sweetpatch is an utility in itself, on the site, there is a database consisting a number of patches. You might want to use this to find specific patches, or links for the patches.
Soccer Access - This is one of the best site for FIFA, and is the home to 2gk, 3gk, 4gk, xgk, any #gk (except ngk). It has a lot of different other things as well. Definitely superb site.
Soccer Gaming Downloads Centre - If you don't know this site, what are you really doing in this forum. Really without saying, this site has a huge number of downloads, for many FIFA titles, as well as other football games. IMO, this really should be the first place you go to, if you are looking for something specific.

My Roster Update Site - Last but definitely not least. This site contains my roster update, which consists of the full update on Serie A, World Cup teams, and partial updates on nearly all the teams. Go to it now. Click here, here, here and here.

I have a feeling that I probably missed one of the most obvious ones.......

soon FifaRomania will be up, it will have all kind of kits, from normal kits(ea sports) to 3,4,Xgk, and many more, there won't be only romanian downloads but many other :), the site wil be on the net only in august :(

Germany: German FIFA Online (down at the moment) - information portal for all german FIFA fans. Site only in German.

Portugal: FIFA-MANIA home of the Liga Portuguesa patch, lots of downloads

Turkey: FIFA games Turkish addonds (kits etc.) site unfortunatelly only in Turkish.

Iran: Iran Patch Online many downloads mainly for the middle-east teams, site only in Arabian.

Of course, I have always wanted a list of links like this, when I was searching for downloads, and the best that I found was the patch database, which was far from perfect. This list would make ppl's life a lot easier so they don't have to go through all the search engines (different languages) to find something specific.

yeah, and how could I forget Iran Patch Online, one of the better sites in the FIFA community in my opinion (the best in Iranian addons actually...cos it's the only site out there!):)

thanks, i really appreciate what u wrote about Soccered. As for why Soccered and FIFAspot has almost the same downloads? Well, simple, Soccered is hosted by FIFAspot, and due to our friendly ties, we share our databases, our patches and downloads. Am i right, Rob?

IMO,
FIFATOLOGY was the site that i scouted for the best stadiums, much better than FIFAMANIA's and i loved the Giga-TV and Bayern Munchen Olimpico stadium, and of course Bay Arena. That's where i found the inspiration to work on my Old Trafford Stadium and work towards those kind of high standards. SilverStream's AA was also a superb one.

Euro-Ball, without doubt, the best FIFA fan-site ever. Apart from SG, i think Euro-Ball was the site everyone would visit. Great layout, great forums, commited webmasters, and of course quality downloads. The birth of many things such as Sonique FSH editor, and i also remember Iceboy's boots were also highly mentioned there. My very first FIFA work(a wallpaper) was also published there, and boy was i glad when i saw Bizzo posting the news about my work... blush hehe

Yeh, it is definitely still a joy to see your name get published on reknowned sites and known to millions of people around the world.
