KIT
To modify the kits it will be necessary

In kit creator you can make your kit any way you want, it's not difficult, the interface is very friendly, when you've finished making your kit, click on "download" in the bottom right corner
open the FIFA EDITOR TOOL and go to (content \ character \ kit ...) and look for the id of the team you want to modify, example: "al_hilal_605" inside the Al Hilal folder or whatever the team will have saying "away " "home" and "goalie" will contain the kit's texture files that you will replace with those made by you in KIT CREATOR
MINIKIT
To modify the minikits it will be necessary

To make MINIKITS you need either one created by FIFA KIT CREATOR or a real image of the team
the directory to be modified is (data \ ui \ imgassets \ kits ) in the Legacy Explorer part of the FIFA EDITOR TOOL you will look for the image in the kits folder with the id of the team you want to modify. example: al hilal is 605 then "j0_605_0.dds" and "j1_605_0.dds" will appear so replace with what you want

take the image and change the name to the player id you want to apply, for example "l199", go to the tool editor in legacy and search for face, right click in the folder and go to "batch import" then select the directory where the face is

I think you would have to test your patch on each version separately. It is unlikely that it will work on all versions at the same time.
