How it can be smaller?
i mean i save it in .png and that's it.
i don't do anything special

First of all great kits, what I do is convert it to jpeg first using my converter then after to png. Hope it works

And if i save the file on JPEG from the beggining it won't work?

I Will Try But The Problem is that i don't have a lot of collars so it would be difficult for me to make them.

thats no problem for me ! you could use the same collars as for the first two shirts...looks best for me !:)
