Could you be more specific ?
I try to make the faces look exactly like the pictures I use and Manolas was the hardest face since the picture was angled a little bit, but I think I've managed to make it look good.

For Gradel, he looks a lot like he's looking up. Try your best to bring down the face to make him look forward. and for Manolas, his left side is bulging out whereas the right side isn't, because of the picture obviously, make that a bit symmetric and you're done I can understand making the faces look like the pictures butonce you've mapped it you need to update the model after you're done mapping it so as to make the models look forward again.

Just make Gradel look staright and make Manolas' head symmetric.

You're welcome It's not just the eyes in Gradel, the model ought to be pulled down slightly.

And manolas is quite symmetric as you can see in. I don't mean 100% symmetric obviously.

I fixed Gradel but I'm too lazy to fix Manolas + the picture is really shitty (blurred a lot) so I'll wait for a new pic.
