I have also another way that doesnt require Photoshop 
, just GIMP
This is how I edited Logo:
1. Download GIMP
2. Download GIMP DDS Plugin - http://code.google.com/p/gimp-dds/
3. Make new file in GIMP with settings 1024x128 resolution and Transparent background.
4. Do what you want to do with logo
5. Save file as PNG (because PNG dont support layers it will merge layers together)
6. Open saved PNG file with GIMP
7. Choose save as and as extension choose DDS
8. Window will popup and you just need to check "Generate mipmaps" and click OK
9. Rename saved file as only "2", not 2.dds just "2" with no extension
10. Open FileMaster 11 and browse trough folders and open scoreboars .big file
11. Click on Import and select your file and owerwrite
12. Open File Manager11, find your .big file and click Save as GUI
13. Regenrate with Fifa11 Regenerator.

I Want To Hex , I Just Replaced The Liga Texture , And It Limited The Graphics I Only Made EA , Not EA SPORTS Word ,,. So , .Can Some One Teach Me Pleaaase ?
To Change The Colour Of The Text , And Move It To The Right , So The SB Will Look Like MD'S One " Which I Really Like "
