Just see to your pic: must be bigger mouth,wider nose and it must be more close to mouth,then eyes-must be more bigger,then bigger must be nose bridge,eyebrows lower and I don't say about headform-it's absolutely not like in pic,so... sorry but you must make new model,not update this and if you don't work in o-edit yet it will be very hard to make good model for him-so many details...

Ask help with what model to begin,to be honest I don't know...usually when make faces with such hard models make texture and then search a little similar (you'll not find in fifa very similar) and work,work and work in 0-edit...

Maybe Rosicky,but I can be wrong... without o-edit it's not good suggestion,but if you'll try understand it I think it's a best way
