Only 2 ideas i agree with:

1) Skimpy football uniforms for the women teams

2) No video technology

Apart from that he is a complete pr!ck, get rid of draws?, they are part of strategy and has been part of the game since football began, i thinkif this goes ahead there will be protests everywhere and i certainly wont watch football for a while. I don't wish death upon anyone, but someone please run him over.

yeah for sure... BUT the problem is that Blater has reached a point of no return, where people won't trust him much.
And he has a proven record of managing to get what he wants...

This gotta be the worst idea. I can see it for world cup and for playoffs, that way it will give the teams more urgency to win, but not for every game, like they used to have in the MLS , they scrapped it for a reason
