Any sky editor??

Dudes,

Since a lot of you are amazing editors, is there any way to see more decent skies, I mean It would be a lot of fun to play at nite with moon and stars in the background.

I am sure sure in tokyo the sky is always grey dull and cloudy, but in some part of the old and new world we see more decent skies........
