anyone having sound problems ?? i have a Creative Vibra 128 sound card .. i still hear sounds but they're shocking

I have Intel Cadenza onboard audio and I hear some kind of crackling or static sound during the commentary.

update your sound card drivers. i got and audigy and ther was no sound was shocked at 1st but afteri dloaded the driver it was fine
