I'm considering making a patch for the U21 Championships in Portugal and was just wondering what the general consensus was about it. Would anyone be interested in downloading one?

Well some people may be interested in a patch like that, but my opinion is that it
won't be worth the work.

However,if you tell us some details about the patch, we will have a cleaner view of the whole idea.
