Why does ISS3 onto computer look this way wrong. I have strong equipment very. Will let to make something with this it ? I have Quality put on 3.

ISS3 looks s**t on PC. That's his point. And it's a valid one. Don't waster your time with this game. Get the ePSXe emulator, and play Pro Evo 2 on your PC!

If honest the being I am, ISS3 make tears fall out of eyes. I let the PC do everything in my life including find bride for bedroom but ISS3 is making mystery to technology that otherwise good. My equipment make the ass kicked very much but still it only work like dead snail for ISS3. Graphics much badder than all things screen shows in past.
To cut story shorter than longer otherwise would be, ISS3 has my balls in mouth and sucks them. Much like internet ordered bride but without good framerate!
