Arrow Feature From Training Into Actual Gameplay?

Having played PES for quite some time I have to admit that when using everything on full manual, that arrow is quite helpful. Now I know this feature isn't in FIFA but I did notice it during training, is there any way a modder can implement this feature into actual gameplay?
