I heard a rumor that Arsenal FC Have signed a young player named Cal Kennedy into their youth squad, the player is meant to be the next Thierry Henry with his pace, the player currently is in a youth squad of a small socttish club but has been noted by arsenal as a player with exellent potential

Haven't heard anything but really, I don't see why we'd sign another striker.
We've got Bendter, Stokes, Lupoli, Robin, Quincy and so many other strikers waiting to be unleashed.

SAF's youth development is so overrated. The only recent players that came out of their reserves were John O'****, Darren Fletcher, Wes Brown and Jon Spector. Not an impressive list. The class of 92 was a 1 off thing and if it weren't for the financial power your team has then you wouldn't even be able to sign Pique, Rossi, etc.

SAF youth development is second to non what about those players playing elsewhere for utd like stewart, steele or those whove been from utd and now play elsewhere ala danny webber, pugh? also you forgot to include richardson and eagles.

with regards to pique and rossi what has our financial strength got to do with it since we paid bugger all for them? and if SAF's youth managment is so poor why would they leave their clubs to come to us? andswer is that hes damn good at it so just admit it :D

also i think we know that fergie is a god in coaching young players, have you seen ronaldo, how about rooney?

You buy players when they're already great players and you call them as product of your youth system..

Your own quote just shows how crap Fergie is. Naming Stewart, Steele, etc. shows how poor your youth is. I didn't know being released to a first division club meant that they are quality youngsters.

Richardson and Eagles still hasn't made it to the first team and Richardson especially doesn't look like he will.

And you only signed Rossi, Pique, etc. because you gave them fat contracts to sign. Barca had and agreement with Arsenal for Pique but he broke that agreement because he was getting a big contract from Man Utd.

Players come to Arsenal to improve. Players go to Man Utd to get paid.
