Like what you did with the first page (Y), I would too if I wasn't so lazy (:/)

I am hoping for you guys to rip River Plate in half when you guys play in Amsterdam. :hump: :mrpimp:

Couple Questions -

You guys think Pennant will have a big impact on the team? What about Reyes?

Also With the rumors of Vieira to Madrid, what would cause him to move other than money? anything...?

I think Jose will score about 10-12 goals, and take some of the marking/pressure off of Titi, and thus make him even more dangerous.

I hope Jermaine does well, as he may be our long-term option on the right of midfield.

It looks like Pennant will get to start the first few games of the season with Freddie going to the olympics. I can see him improving over the good season he had with leeds because the players he'll be giving and recieving the ball to are just better(H)

Reyes will start along side Henry and hopefully take some of the Presure of Henry. I wont be expecting to much from in this season he is one for the future.

Vieira wont leave arsenal:D

If van Persie flops, it'll be because he didn't play up to standard, not because he's wearing No. 11, don't worry.

Oh, and that post I made earlier, if anyone thinks I'm sick, you should see that I was just trying to imitate Yossarian's strange posts (no offense intended, Yossarian). That wasn't really my view, I don't want Kaka to replace Vieira!

Vieira camp to hold talks with Real Madrid tomorrow

Patrick Vieira's advisors have set up a meeting today with officials from Real Madrid, who are preparing to make an offer for the Arsenal captain. Arsenal's reported price would be £30m and the reports are that the Bernabeu outfit would be willing to pay this fee to secure his services.

Parlour set to stay with Arsenal

Middlesbrough face a major financial hurdle in any attempt to sign Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour.

The Romford-born former England international, now 31, is overdue a testimonial match at Highbury which could net him around £750,000 and it may well take place at the end of the coming season.

That means Parlour looks sure to stay with the Premiership champions for at least one more campaign even though big-spending Boro chairman Steve Gibson could offer a generous salary package at The Riverside.

Parlour joined the Gunners straight from school and made his first-team debut way back in January 1992 against Liverpool at Anfield.

Since then he has racked up a total of 466 appearances and, last season, manager Arsene Wenger handed him 26 starts despite three months out with damaged knee ligaments.

With veteran defender Martin Keown now released, Parlour is Arsenal's record appearance-maker among the present playing staff.

Wenger is still a fan of the gritty English style and consistency he adds to the side's continental mix and regards him as an important member of the squad, a player able to operate wide or in the centre of midfield.

Parlour recently hit the headlines on the news pages when his ex-wife successfully claimed a multi-million pounds revised divorce settlement, claiming she rescued him from drinking problems early in his career.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are still adopting a contemptuous attitude to Real Madrid's latest bid to unhinge Patrick Vieira from Highbury.

Infulential vice-chairman David Dein is still refusing to even discuss the situation publicly after chairman Peter Hill-Wood described the reports as 'becoming irritating'.
