Don,t get me wrong, it,s not just this forum.
Almost all PES fans are D**k Heads, that gloat over a video game, which is only marginaly better than Fifa, and also has it,s fair share of flaws, too.

Fifa is far from being perfect, but most fans of the game, wont try to convince the world that it is ....
As for Fifa Kiddies ... PES fans are the ones who have nothing better to do, but pick faults on Fifa.
All sports games are scripted... But some do a much better job of covering it up, than others. (No game, can be that Real)

The problem with you PES fanboys, is that you just can,t handle the Fact that a lot of people do Actualy prefer to play Fifa over PES.
Which also has nothing to do with the game being Easier..
Anybody that reckons they can easily run down the middle or wing and score 5 goals in one half, should try playing the game on PRO or WC, instead of the (W****r) Amateur level...

Shaft, have you seen some of them PES/WE videos in the Game footage section? Download some vidoes from there — especially the one ge4ce made. Don't tell me you can make similar videos in Fifa

I gave Fifa alot of chance; I Played four seasons in Career mode in Fifa 2005 while I was waiting for PES4. Fifa just got bored and repeatative

Yeah, i will agree on ge4ce,s video editting skills. Some lovely goals too.
But i will state that the majority of skills he did, you can also do in fifa. (some not so easily, i will admit)
Fifa does,nt give you the option of saving replays, (As far as i know). so it would be difficult to put a compilation together.
But people have posted up some of their best Fifa goals , and complete matches on a few other sites that i,ve been on.
So in a way, it can be done. But they were all PC players too.

I also agree that Fifa,s career mode does get a bit repetitive at times, but it,s about playing football matches, at the end of the day.
With a short pause to check your stats & tinker with your team, in between games... What more can you do ?...
All games can become boring at times, Even PES.
I just tend to have a break from playing footy games for a while.

- If I do score (which is always from a rebound while Lehmann is on the floor), then straight from the kick-off Henry will just run the ball into the net to equalise, invincible to even a desperate sliding tackle.
- Players receiving a pass are uncontrollable and just stand there waiting for it. Inevitably an Arsenal player will run in and intercept it.

Obviously in a perfect world I would be able to sort the above issues out, but for now I would be very happy if someone could suggest tactics that might make me more efficient in front of goal. Here is my set up:

Default formation (4-4-2A i think)

GK: Howard
LB: Heinze
Inside LB: Chivu (got him from Roma i think, don't remember)
Inside RB: Ferdinand
RB: O'Shay
LMF: Giggs
DMF: Roy Keane
RMF: Ronaldo
OMF: Scholes
Offensive Striker: Van Nistelrooy
Supporting Striker: Solsjkaer

Can anyone suggest a better formation? I'm desperate to know how to beat Arsenal. Would you believe that in a standard League match I managed to thrash them 4-0, including a stunning curling free kick from Guiseppe Rossi?

Fact remains FIFA is a weak game thats engineered never to be complete. Ive seen FIFA games since my Genesis then on to my Panasonic 3do. Seen it every year, Its a joke. If your supporting FIFA shaft, its cuz you BOUGHT it and are doin' the justification thing. The ball physics in FIFA are rediculous. I can see why youd need a break after being subjected to such manufactured crap. EA=no thanks. Ive seen all this love for EA in the last 3 years. All the kiddies think theyre just so great. My first EA game being Skate or Die, ive seen them rise n fall--they went from producing A+ works up until late 90's when they saw all the cash potential. Then theyre games nose dived. FIFA World Cup 98 is a good example. Good game and playable, but right on the cusp of them doin more graphics and hype than gameplay. Im not fooled by EA. There WAS a day when you could count on EA delivering great stuff--like when Molyneaux was there with Bullfrog games. Gone are those days. Conversley, the development team at Tiburon that does Madden have NO restrainst on them. Did you know this?? They dont really limit the new features from year to year---whereas in the case of FIFA, the developers are kept in a dank cellar with EXPLICIT instructions to fudge things like heading the ball. Save it for next year......lol.
