The template is the same the Fifa 11 and Fifa 12. It seems to me.
You can use them in both games.

When I use the (FIFA 11 - Collar 0) is only for use a reference when setting up the collar.

PS. I do not know if I understood well your question, my English is very bad.

I think the kits are pretty much the same, the only thing is that if you use a FIFA11 kit in FIFA 12, the collar is a bit bigger.
