ATTN:MODS - Can we sell/trade on these forums?

I pmed shinji in late nov (around thanksgiving), and I was told to contact Matt H or Lior, but I do not know who these people are, unfortunately.

Anyway, I was wondering if we could sell/buy/trade on the forums. Maybe soccergaming.tv could have a "for sale/trade forum (sell, trade, buy)" and a "feedback forum (tell the community how the deal went)." There could be a disclaimer like, "Anyone who participates, trades at their own risk. Soccergaming.tv will not be held responsible/accoutable for any trades." Probably something better than that, but you get my point.

Why don't you just go to an actual buy/trade/sell forum instead of a soccer forum? I wouldn't see the need for one of those forums here at all, this is a place for soccer, I doubt they will allow this.

No, because if it happens on our forum its sort of like SG's responsibility to make sure people get the stuff they payed for, etc.

That isn't what SG does now, and i highly doubt they will ever do.

You know how easy it is for people to cheat and lie about sending the product, paying for it, and stuff.

Isn't that what's E-Bay for anyway

I agree with what the other mods are saying. It would just make more hassles for us, and this is a soccer and games forum. That is what ebay is for, so use ebay.

I think I asked similar question like this before at SG Forum Queries. But, no one replied it. So, I guess this clears up everything.

I am thinking there will be so risky for buyer/seller since everyone does'nt know each other.

i was going to sell some football boots, its "soccer" related.

man i dont trust hardly anyone on this forum

we had an incident where this guy promised a PS2 or XBox for 250 odd bucks each.

i think a kid (a Manchester City supporter from the PA, USA if I remember right) wired the money to his bank account and never got the Box or PS2.....

We told him to go and call the cops. And the rest as they say is history.....
