Made a good model starting with kris's and used an old picture

Good start bud!
Some suggestions ...
1. retexture it for sure ... he looks too pale
2. nose looks a bit wide
3.hair is good but fix color and front part where head and hair meet.
4. add a bit of beard/stubble

But yeah ... decent try but frankly needs a little more work

Yeah the color-fix is good.

Everything, except one thing, is all good.
Something still looks off with the hair. And i think it's to do with where the head meets the hair (in the front). Have you tried Gerrard's hair (as someone suggested)?

Other than that it's all good, and if you can make the texture a bit more better, it will be an added bonus.
